How Our Pricing Works
Every job — repair or installation — starts with an inspection and a written quote you approve before any work begins. The quote covers parts, labor and cleanup, so the number you approve is the number you pay. We don't quote sight-unseen prices over the phone and then "discover" surprises in your garage; we've all been on the wrong side of that trick.
What Affects the Cost
- Repairs: the failed component (springs, cables, rollers, opener parts), door weight and size, and whether related hardware should be replaced in the same visit to avoid a second service call.
- New doors: door size, material (steel, wood, glass, composite), insulation level, window options and whether the opener or tracks are being replaced at the same time. Our installation hub explains the trade-offs between materials.
Payment & Financing Options
Ask our office about current payment options when you book — for larger projects like a full door replacement, we'll walk you through what's available before you commit to anything.

Ways to Keep the Bill Down
- Don't wait. A door forced to run on a failing spring or dry rollers destroys openers and cables — a small repair postponed often becomes a bigger one.
- Bundle the wear items. If springs are being replaced on an older door, replacing tired rollers in the same visit costs far less than a second service call later.
