Gate Repair
Dead operators, sagging hinges, jumped tracks, sensor faults — diagnosed and fixed for homes, HOAs and businesses.
Gate repair →Driveway gates, community entries and commercial yards — the same mechanical honesty we bring to garage doors, applied to everything that slides or swings.
Dead operators, sagging hinges, jumped tracks, sensor faults — diagnosed and fixed for homes, HOAs and businesses.
Gate repair →New driveway and yard gates — design, fabrication coordination, automation and access in one project.
Installation →Track and cantilever sliders — the space-efficient standard for wide driveways and commercial yards.
Sliding gates →Single and double swing gates — the classic look, done with hardware that won't sag by summer.
Swing gates →Slide and swing operators, solar options, battery backup and safety systems — sized to the gate and the traffic.
Gate openers →Keypads, remotes, telephone/video entry and app-based systems for residences, communities and yards.
Access control →Commercial property? Gate work pairs naturally with our commercial door services — one vendor, one schedule, both openings.
In rough order of frequency: power problems (tripped breakers, failed transformers, dead backup batteries), photo-eye or loop-sensor faults holding the gate for 'safety,' operator wear (drive gears, chains, limit switches), and mechanical binding — sagging hinges on swing gates, dirty or damaged track and rollers on sliders. Vegas bonus causes: heat-soaked control boards and sun-blinded sensors.
Yes — single-family driveway gates, HOA and community entrances (including coordination with property managers), and commercial yard and parking gates. Repair, operator replacement, access control and new installation across all three.
Often, yes — if the gate is structurally sound, swings or slides freely, and has power available (or solar potential). Automation adds an operator, safety devices (photo eyes, and inductive loops where vehicles are detected) and an access method. If the gate itself is too far gone, we'll say so and quote both paths.
The recurring themes: keep slide-gate tracks clear of sand and gravel, service operator batteries (heat murders them on a schedule), check hinge wear on swing gates before they sag into binding, and test safety devices. An annual service visit covers all of it — same philosophy as our garage door tune-ups.
